A multi disciplinary festival night combining concert, rave and performance.

About the production

While the rave in the last edition of the festival was an extension of the performance of Respublika, this year we focus on the broad spectrum of electronic music, ranging from experimental underground to contemporary electronic dance music. We want to create a special festival night by combining a concert, rave and performance. We will announce the names of the performers at a later date, but we can tell you that a diverse and international line-up awaits that has been assembled in collaboration with the Essen-based collective The Third Room and will provide an unforgettable evening of musical highlights. Following the remarkable artist Florentina Holzinger’s success in the Kraftzentrale in 2021 with A Divine Comedy, she will present an artistic intervention at this year’s rave. Together with her ensemble she will literally »ring in« the evening in the action happening Étude for a Bell.

Awareness Team

Together with you we want to party safely. That's why we have set up an awareness team for the rave, which ensures that all guests feel comfortable and safe during the show.

There are four people on duty who move around the entire area and preventively and proactively survey the event. They can be recognized by white T-shirts with »Awareness Team« printed on them.

The team is on site throughout the event and can be contacted at any time in the event of conspicuous behavior such as racism, ableist behavior, sexism, transphobia, homophobia, sexual violence, anti-Semitism or age discrimination.
