It's a book by Óscar Martinez who is a reporter for El Faro a media outlet in El Salvador, which must be one of the most difficult countries to do journalism in the world. Not only because of insecurity and unbridled violence, but because of the authoritarian government that is in power nowadays, an almost absolute power. What moved me about the book were two questions that I discovered after reading it: what is the responsibility of the journalist with his sources? Are there times when telling the story is more important than protecting the sources?
