The festival period of the Ruhrtriennale 2023 is set: From 10 August to 23 September, the Festival of the Arts will play host to a number of former industrial monuments of the Metropole Ruhr in the cities of Bochum, Dortmund, Duisburg and Essen and will once again combine art at the intersections of drama, music theater, concert, dance, performance, installation, literature and dialogue. This year's Ruhrtriennale is the third and final edition under the artistic directorship of theater director Barbara Frey. Advance ticket sales will start with the programme release on 27 April 2023.
