What does an event manager actually do? 
 
Are you looking for an exciting apprenticeship? Then you came to the right place! We, the trainees of Kultur Ruhr GmbH would like to introduce you to the profession of event managers and offer you insights behind the scenes of our festival during the TalentTage Ruhr. 

Thereby we want to show you on the 15th of September how the organization behind the festival is built up. We will be available to answer all your questions in an open exchange and afterwards we will visit the event Respublika in the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum together. Surely for free!

Finally, let's take a quick look at our partner: the TalentMetropole Ruhr Foundation. Since 2014, young people starting from the age of kindergarten to university have been discovering their abilities in the TalentTage Ruhr educational series, which is unique in Germany. They try out different departments, looking behind the scenes of companies, getting to know different job profils but also the ability to strengthen there interests. That's how the TalentTage Ruhr opens up career perspectives and are making an important contribution to secure skilled workers in the region.
