I am now reading Joseph Cambell's book, The Hero with a Thousand Faces. It is an analytical account of the meaning of myths in our lives. As I read this book, I think about my personal experiences. And specifically about one incident that occurred in the winter of 2012. (I have used the dialogue of that interesting meeting in my performance Noah 2020) and I hope the same memory of my history will develop into other creative expressions. It's a good hook. I think about the decisions we make or don't make and those decisions shape us and our future, casual, spontaneous, or well and long thought out.
