A book I read during the recording of Jetzt & Jetzt in March is Die Kriegerin (engl. The Warrior) by Helene Bukowski. The book is about two women, the florist and the warrior, who do not want to make themselves vulnerable despite the wounds that life has inflicted on them.

Especially in the context of the recordings and through the encounters with the many participants of Jetzt & Jetzt, I have dealt a lot with the theme of vulnerability. How can we protect ourselves from the bad things that happen to us in life? What strength is there in being vulnerable? And how much does this wonderful little humanity of the project grow together precisely through this commonality? I listen intently to them growing.
