Recently, I was very urgently looking for a very specific passage that I was sure I needed to find in this 27 year old edition.

I have not been able to find the passage again.

Strangely enough, while searching, even forgot what exactly the passage I was looking for was.... Then wondered if these sentences, which I was always sure existed exactly the same way, ever existed. But that's how it is sometimes...

(...and I am full of confidence that in the meantime the American original is also available in my home town of Münster - where a great love affair with Toni Morrisson introduced me in 1994).
