Ruhrtriennale increases seating capacity

The Ruhrtriennale is increasing its seating capacity and is thus reacting to the new NRW Corona Protection Ordinance. A larger number of tickets can once again be offered for events that were already sold out long in advance.

These include productions in the Jahrhunderthalle Bochum, including the Bochum Symphony Orchestra's Visionary Architects concert next Saturday, 28 August, conducted by the new general music director Tung-Chieh Chuang. Tickets are also available again for the production Die Toten by Ruhrtriennale artistic and theatre director Barbara Frey from 1 September, as well as for the concert Elias by Chorwerk Ruhr on 9 and 10 September and Los Años / Die Jahre by Argentinian director Mariano Pensotti from 17 September.

Medical masks are still mandatory both inside the venues and while seated, as well as the 3-G rule. For information on Corona protections in place on site, visit www.ruhrtriennale.de/en/corona-information

Complementary digital offerings: Information on digital offers, including audio and video events, for example in cooperation with the ARD Radio Festival and cultural radio WDR 3 as part of the WDR 3 cultural partnership, as well as mediation and discussion formats, can be found at www.ruhr3.com/digital.
